There's a great premise here but I could not understand the card game. Didn't make a single good meal for the boss and ended up just closing it down after I got the bad ending.
I got it in the end but man was that a cliff of a learning curve to start with! The story and fun music made up for the card game itself. The mechanics were fine enough once they sunk in though I feel as if there were a few too many elements at play. Plus having zero to do with cooking it felt far too abstract for my liking.
The premise of cooking nice meals for your boss was pretty hot though and she had a nice design to her. There's a thread of something real decent here but the cardgame needs an overhaul.
